i ordered hub cap locks but they were not installed when i got my car now i have decided i don't want them plus would have to go back and get them out on yet u won't refund me why not ?

i would never buy from Dorsch ford again and the funny but sad thing i was in line for voting and we were taking cars and at least 5 people turned around and said they would not step in this dealership again hmmm wonder what happened to them very sad

there claims person told me my car couldn’t go through a car wash because the trim was ruined funny thing is she also said it happens when they wash it by hand and who buys a car u can not take to a car wash. oh they replaced it once made me buy a maintenance pkg i thought that was out of line and they couldn’t guarantee it would not happen again ! also the front seat came apart and the mechanism went bad again i do not recommend this dealer
