I have bought 5 vehicles from Criswell Chevrolet througout the years. Never had an issues with getting service or warranty work done. I ordered and purchased my 2023 C8 corvette from them 9 months a througout the years. Never had an issues with getting service or warranty work done. I ordered and purchased my 2023 C8 corvette from them 9 months ago. Then brought my Vette in since clear layer was peeling off of head light. Clearly it was a manufacture defect, which is why I had no issue with them taking pictures of defect area. They two ours later received a text stating that Chevy declined to fix with no reason. However, Dina in Service made some magic happen. Her service managers looked at my issue and said they wil take care of it. I will ABSOLUTELY continue to purchase my vehicles from Criswell Chevrolet. Warranty work: Regarding my new-to-me red 2017 Corvette Grand Sport, Dina did an incredible job dealing with my extended Tire and Wheel Warranty Company! She kept me in the loop during the lengthy process. Dina was always polite and professional throughout. I was glad she was my Service Professional on this one and will definitely be back based on my amazing experience with her! She knew exactly what to do when dealing with this extended Warranty Company, requested pictures/videos, and their Claims Adjuster. I was truly blessed to have her on this fully-covered, expensive replacement.
