Dina B. was extremely helpful!!! Nobody likes to take time out of our busy lives to deal with stuff... Stuff like oil changes, tire rotation, etc.... That does not sound like a fun, EXCEPT, when you got people like Dina B. at Criswell. She makes the process pain-free! She communicates with you upfront and offers a shuttle service or wait in the lobby. I chose to wait and she periodically checked on me to keep me informed on the status. I'm very thankful for the hard work of the technician/mechanic who worked on my vehicle and the cashier as well for checking me out!
