I received a phone call from the general manager at Criswell Chevrolet. He was aware of the situation and said it should not have happened. I was very appreciative that he returned my phone call. Nathan is AMAZING!!! He corrected our previous issue and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied with our service. HORRIBLE!!! I live 10 minutes away but will NEVER bring my truck here again! Dropped off at 8am for scheduled appointment and NO communication through out the day! It’s now 6:30pm and no one in service kno my truck here again! Dropped off at 8am for scheduled appointment and NO communication through out the day! It’s now 6:30pm and no one in service know anything! Telling me that whoever handled my truck has left for the day! Really? I need my vehicle for work in the a.m. Will definitely be going back to Koons!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED More

My 2018 truck needed service and was told to go to service and ask for Dina and she told me she didn’t have time for me and threw her arms up and walked away. My family and friends have always used cr service and ask for Dina and she told me she didn’t have time for me and threw her arms up and walked away. My family and friends have always used criswell for our chevys, jeeps and Honda’s; over twenty cars and it’s because of Richard Beckett. Richard is the only salesman I trust to buy a car from and it’s unfortunate that I’m questioning ever buying from criswell again because of Dina in service. More
