Looking at the vehicle, it seems to have damage that is consistent with an accident which I was told was not in an accident which I specifically asked about to the sales person I was dealing with. This dealership is very shady in their business practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the tires were not in good shape at all. Had to go out and get new tires to make sure I could be safe on the road. Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. Awful experience! More

I am frustrated and angry about the service on my vehicle. I have had my car for 4 years, brought it for regular service, oil changes and repairs to McCluskey in a timely manner. After bringing the car in for an oil change July 12, I found that the anti-freeze was empty. I was told the antifreeze isn't checked during oil changes. Subsequently I had to rent a vehicle and was told I needed a hose and filter, and perhaps two tires. I was told they had the parts and I would have the car Wednesday. Now I have received an alert that my rear tire is flat, which it wasn't flat when I brought it in last Friday. I was told that they didn't have the hose the car needed so I wouldn't have the car Wednesday and that they would need to drive the car first before I could get the car. I would like to know how the rear tire went flat, when wasn't flat last Friday when I brought it in, why the part wasn't available when I was told it was at the dealership and why the fluid wasn't noticed to be low at the time of the oil change. More
