I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase/lease. I was happy with how quickly the car came in. Don was able to pull some strings to get me the exterior color I wanted. A couple things had to be installed after it was delivered to the dealership and Don got it done quickly and it was ready for pick-up a couple days later. He also spent time going over all of the interior features in the car, which was very helpful. More

I began looking to buy a new car in October of 2021. I soon discovered that things had changed tremendously since the last time I had bought a new car roughly thirteen years ago. The days when you could walk into a dealership and test drive a new car from a wide variety of vehicles on the lot, are over (at least for now). In today's world, in order to buy a new car you have to order it, hold it, wait until the company builds it, and then wait for it to be shipped to the dealership. This took roughly three months. Don Yu was my sales rep at Toyota Suburban in Farmington Hills. From the moment I met him he was friendly and very accommodating. He explained everything to me and made himself available if I had any questions. From time to time he would update me on where we were in the process. I believe he is a man of integrity. He answered all of my questions and navigated me very well through the entire process. It was a pleasure working with Don. It was also a pleasure doing business with Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills as a whole. When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated respectfully. I must say that this was the second Toyota dealership I had been to that day in October. At the first dealership (I won't mention the name) the sales rep behaved as though he wasn't really interested in assisting me in buying a new car and proceeded to tell me how difficult it would be, which is what led me to Suburban Toyota at Farmington Hills: totally different atmosphere. This dealership acted like they wanted to sell me a car; which was great, because I wanted to buy one. The environment at Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills is very inviting. It is very clean, well kept, and state of the art. Five stars for both Don and Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills! Great customer service! More
