I scheduled my vehicle for a simple oil and filter
change. Arrived at my schedule time, technician began performing, completed O&F, along with vehicle multi-check, then vehicle brought back to return

I as the owner of the vehicle took custody, started it up & found the engine check engine light illuminated. Further inspection found the oil filler cap not put back on causing the fault, additionally there was oil drippage multiple areas within an engine compartment. The service advisor and shop foreman took care of the situation, had technician perform a second oil change, cleared the code for the engine fault light, cleaned oil residue and returned vehicle to me as customer. Due to the difficulties and problems encountered the oil and filter change was no cost.

All repair work and advisor was good.
