My car needed fixed under after market warranty for a possible o2 censor. The service man was very nice and wonderful to me.. The cars engine was totally replaced by Walker Ford prior to the appointmen possible o2 censor. The service man was very nice and wonderful to me.. The cars engine was totally replaced by Walker Ford prior to the appointment. The reading showed almost 70,000 miles, but because of the replaced engine it only had approximately 7,000. I did not know that at the time. I received a call stating that my fuel system needed routine maintenance and cleaned. Of course I said go ahead. I was also told that in the very near future I would need new spark plugs etc. Costing over $300.00 It's my understanding that an engine that new should not have needed all that work or spark plugs in the very near future. I honestly feel I was taken advantage of. More
