I enjoy their Service Department. Upon purchase, the sales rep's behavior was very unsatisfactory. Unprofessional, and only concerned with her next sale. It does not appear that she is with no longer with Reno Lithia. My husband made the comment, that "Never Again", this would be the last car he ever purchased. It was (I do not blame her), but he passed away in October. I am sad that this was his last experience. Tony Roach however, was responsive and continued to assist. More
