Donna helped me immensely, she scheduled my test drive and listened to my concerns. Kim was the best Sales Representative I have ever met-going above and beyond for me and her patience with my myriad of questions was so helpful. Mark was quick and knowledgeable in his finance section. And Guy is a gift to this whole experience-I cannot thank all of you enough to make my test drive, purchase and (2 hour one way) delivery an experience I will never ever have again-you all are wonderful! Outstanding service Wasn’t even sure that I wanted a new vehicle, but there were special offers so I thought I’d check it out. My past two cars were purchased at W and Wasn’t even sure that I wanted a new vehicle, but there were special offers so I thought I’d check it out. My past two cars were purchased at W and L but I thought with their new showroom that I had better shop around. . I visited dealers between Scranton and Northumberland. W and L still gave me the best deal and their service could not have been better. We live 45 minutes away So with several tech questions, I emailed Nick,their tech person (questions on eyesight And starlink). He immediately got back to me and Was able to answer my questions. Thrilled with my new Outback and I still tell friends that W and L is the best in the area. More

Great customer service! W & L's service department has provided great service for our 2019 Outback. The people there make it a pleasant experience. The updated facilities are nice as well, The people there are willing to answer any questions I have regarding the car or any service questions I may have.
