Nate was very professional until it came time to help me with issues with the truck. Turns out they concealed that the truck has major drivetrain issues. Drivetrain issues that require several thousands to with issues with the truck. Turns out they concealed that the truck has major drivetrain issues. Drivetrain issues that require several thousands to repair. Not to mention I was lied to about the supposed warranty that the "bank required". Well they didn't and because my truck isn't factory the warranty would not cover anything including the drivetrain issue. Now I have to sink thousands into this truck to make it drive-able. They also didn't know that the truck had an accident and the owner was really rude because I didn't want to give more money upfront despite having a preapproved loan from my bank. Caveat emptor. More

The entire process was phenomenal, I have a crazy work schedule, a small town credit union that's only open 3 days a week, and I live about 3 hours north.
