As promised, there were NO dealer fees, no attempts to sell me add-ons, and no surprises when I came to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up my car. Everyone was friendly, patient, and thoroughly professional. Dorothy Blandi, Michael Stachowicz, Christine Brightwell, in sales; Sam Hadid in Finance; and Chas Jackowski in parts are outstanding professionals who will treat you right! I was particularly impressed with the fact that this dealer, unlike others I encountered, did not use the chip crisis and the ensuing car shortage to take advantage of the customer by adding addition dealer markup. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family without reservation. These are the type of folks you can send an elderly aunt to knowing she wouldn't be taken advantage of! More
