I was about 5 mins late. They got ahold of my at 2:39PM saying my car was done.... I didn't wait in the lobby because I assumed it would take at least 90 mins. More

Great experience, cordial and knowledgable employees The Jim Butler dealership made an effort to help me review the 2017 used Silverado I found on their website in Linn Mo. They brought the truck to St Louis where it would be easier to see and try out. I was able to look at the car and drive it extensively before making a decision and the sales team was very helpful answering all of my questions. Eric was extremely helpful answering my many questions and when we picked up the truck, Eric and Morgan, and Doug were very helpful reviewing all of the many features before I left the dealership. Kelly was very helpful finalizing the finance details helping me secure the best financial arrangement. Thanks to Alisha for great messaging online over the last few weeks as I searched for this truck with the specific details I was looking for- Thanks to everyone for making this an easy and pleasant buying experience. Excellent!!! William "Fuzz" Steinlage was outstanding!! We honestly came in having no idea what we wanted and Fuzz was able to get us exactly what we needed. My husband and I have had bad experiences at other dealerships and weren't excited to go car shopping. We were greeted right away and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. Our 1 year old was past nap time and Fuzz and Kelly (with financial) kept things moving quickly and were beyond happy to entertain my little one! We will definitely be going back in when it's time for an upgrade. More

Jim Butlers Mechanics Take Forever We were told our thermostat would be put in and done by Tuesday at the latest so we dropped our car off the Friday before Monday. We call Tuesday and We were told our thermostat would be put in and done by Tuesday at the latest so we dropped our car off the Friday before Monday. We call Tuesday and they said they were just then running the diagnostic test. That was aggravating because they said they would have the car done by Tuesday and was just then running the test. Then they said they needed to replace the alternator as well and it should be done by Wednesday. That was understandable because it was something extra that needed to be replaced. Since Thursday was a holiday they weren’t in and wasn’t able to finish my car and have it back to me till Friday. We are not old enough to have a rental so it was aggravating that on our vacation we were without a car. Also if they would of had the thermostat in by Tuesday like they said then the alternator should of been done by Wednesday. More

Purchase of CPO 2017 Malibu turbo From the moment I exited my Monte Carlo I was approached by friendly salesperson and introduced to Benny. From that moment on I was offered very fine From the moment I exited my Monte Carlo I was approached by friendly salesperson and introduced to Benny. From that moment on I was offered very fine service. Benny listened to my interests in a preowned Chevrolet, he offered a couple of test drives , one in the Impala and another in the Malibu. I had thought I wanted to purchase an Impala and then he had the Malibu for the 2d test drive. Well, the Malibu won out and got to come home with me Benny again listened to my comparative list of pros and cons on the vehicles and helped me with each step on the purchase. He introduced me to Stacy, in the financial office. Benny brought me the trade-in for Monte Carlo, and made sure the Malibu was prepped to go home. He patiently introduced me to all the tech in the Malibu and helped with the unloading of the Monte Carlo's contents. All the sales personnel were cheerful and greeted each prospective customer. I have been lucky all these years with my Monte and Jim Butler dealership. Thank you all! More
