From that moment on I was offered very fine service. Benny listened to my interests in a preowned Chevrolet, he offered a couple of test drives , one in the Impala and another in the Malibu. I had thought I wanted to purchase an Impala and then he had the Malibu for the 2d test drive. Well, the Malibu won out and got to come home with me Benny again listened to my comparative list of pros and cons on the vehicles and helped me with each step on the purchase. He introduced me to Stacy, in the financial office. Benny brought me the trade-in for Monte Carlo, and made sure the Malibu was prepped to go home. He patiently introduced me to all the tech in the Malibu and helped with the unloading of the Monte Carlo's contents. All the sales personnel were cheerful and greeted each prospective customer. I have been lucky all these years with my Monte and Jim Butler dealership. Thank you all! More
