He was first of all approachable, friendly and patient with addressing any of my concerns; at the same time that he expressed that he was very knowledgeable, attentive and very professional yet caring. He gained my trust and thus my willingness to buy a car from this dealership. He is a great asset to Karl Knauz BMW and I would recommend him highly at this dealership. Along with Tisha, the finance person Doug Kamp and other service persons have made this a good experience for me. Tisha was courteous, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. He met me at the door, set up a test drive, answered all my questions, arranged an appraisal of my trade, setup a review of the vehicle features with Spencer Parker and made sure the car was ready to go when the financial paperwork was done. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. We have 2 BMWs and a 2014 Hyundai that we purchased from Knauz. It would be safe to say that as long as Knauz is around, we will be purchasing future vehicles from them! More

He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and provided a very pleasant, no pressure experience. Throughout my entire car buying experience, he was there every step of the way to assure that all my questions were answered and that I was 100% satisfied with my new purchase. He also made it clear that he was there AFTER I bought the car as well, as Knauz views car purchases as not simply a business transaction, but as an ongoing, long term (customer) relationship. After reading numerous negative reviews about the BMW dealers in Milwaukee, the positive reviews written about Knauz BMW led my wife and I to trek the After reading numerous negative reviews about the BMW dealers in Milwaukee, the positive reviews written about Knauz BMW led my wife and I to trek the hour south from Milwaukee and take a look for ourselves. We were greeted by Bob Geisheker. Bob was impressive right from the start. We sat down and he asked if there were any particular models we were interested in and what features were important to us. Bob pulled up a list of cars and we proceeded to choose one to test drive. After the test drive and decision to buy, Bob then connected us with Sam Picchietti, BMW Genius. Sam went over all the features, helped set up the phones and made sure all our questions were answered. In addition to Bob & Sam, the rest of the staff was friendly and genuinely seemed to appreciate our business. I definitely recommend Knauz BMW and Bob Geisheker. We love our new car and are looking forward to years of great driving. More

Bob set up the test drive, the paperwork and closed the deal in record time. The experience was very straightforward, transparent and simple. Doug completed the financing piece and the dealership's best kept secret, Sam, was so enthusiastic with his knowledge and infectious love of the brand that I want to come back for more - which we agreed to set up right after the holiday and if I'm being honest, I feel like a kid with a new toy. I can't wait to learn more about the function of this brilliant machine. The X3 M Sport is a great little car and is a bit of a carbon black wolf in sheep's clothing with 300 bhp hidden under a cool design to give this old guy a chance to keep up with the kids out there as needed. I recommend Knauz BMW without hesitation. More
