What all car dealers should aspire to I have dealt with several BMW dealerships in the Chicago area and there is a reason I travel nearly 30 miles from my home, past two closer dealers. Service is outstanding and the sales experience is unmatched. I have and will continue to recommend Knauz to my friends. This Z4 is by far the most fun car I have ever owned and was glad to continue the relationship. More

I'm a repeat customer for good reasons This is my third car purchased from Knauz. Their sales staff, product "geniuses" are accurately named and service has been wonderful. I've purchased cars from them over the last 11 years, and despite growing in size, their attention to the customer and product/service excellence remains top notch. I just picked up a custom order BMW M235i and had the pleasure of working with George Greve in sales and Spencer Parker as my "trainer". This is the second time I've worked with both of them on a car purchase. George was exceedingly helpful in guiding me through various car models and options. He was extremely easy to work with and cooperative. Spencer was simply terrific - he knew my other BMW X5 and compared and contrasted various aspects of the new M235i controls as he explained them. He was unbelievable thorough and patient - I NEVER felt hurried - it seemed clear that his main objective was helping me to understand the car as well as possible so that I could get every last speck of enjoyment out of it. I've had lots of interactions with service, sales and genius's over the years at Knauz - George and Spencer are great, but I never had an interaction with anyone in this dealership that I found less than professional or helpful. Jeremy in service has been fantastic, and as a side note, I had a Mini Cooper S JCW for 10 years and worked closely with Steve Porsche in service (Knauz Mini Cooper) - he as also outstanding! More

Straightforward and Easy Transaction It was a pleasure to go into Knaus and shop for a car. Bob listened to what was important to us and found the best car to meet our needs and wants. 2nd time around, Best car buying experience ever!!! My husband and I purchased our first BMW (2015 428i Gran Coupe) last year June from Knauz. George Greve, Bob Geisheker, Doug Kamp and Sam Picchietti My husband and I purchased our first BMW (2015 428i Gran Coupe) last year June from Knauz. George Greve, Bob Geisheker, Doug Kamp and Sam Picchietti were awesome! BMW Genius Sam built 2016 X3 xDrive28i. May 21, 2016 I searched Knauz new car stock and I found a 2016 X3 xDrive28i with a lot of the bells and whistles that I hoped for plus more (exact interior and exterior). I told my husband they have my X3 in stock. My husband contacted Knauz during work hours on Tuesday May 31, 2016. Brock Gordon requested that we complete on-line application to get things started. Brock was made aware that we had a concern for Knauz to meet or beat the trade-in value on our 2004 SUV and I was adamant about driving my X3 home the next day. Wednesday June 1, 2016 we drove over 30 miles one way to get my X3. Brock was very attentive, kind, professional yet personable. Brock offered us refreshments as soon as we walked into the dealership and did everything in order for me to drive X3 home that night. Doug Kamp remembered us and said we are family and he worked out numbers that we were very pleased with. BMW Genius Brandon Helbig gave us a quick basic overview regarding features and said he would call and schedule encore within the next week. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking to purchase a BMW. More

Most of us dread going to a car dealer, especially when you know you have run out of time Why do I think Karl Knauz BMW deserve an 'All Star' rating? Most of us dread going to a car dealer, especially when you know you have run out of time with your aging car. I just drove home in a new 328i and am all smiles. No heart thumping concern that I may have left with hidden costs or that there was a better car sitting in the lot. Bob Geisheker, my sales advisor, was professional, expert, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Bob is knowledgeable, quick with his follow up and provided great suggestions while I considered my options and made my decision. Most important to me is that he earned my trust. This is my third BMW and I know I got the best price and value for my new car. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Spencer Parker, the BMW Genius. He meets up to his title in knowledge, professionalism and great sense of humor. I will be back - Kanauz is the only dealer for me. Thanks Bob and Spencer! More
