This is the second new Subaru I've purchased from Five Star and Spenser Fuller since June. This one was for my son, Cameron. I also helped my mom purchase a used Subaru in July from Spenser. I worked for a large automotive dealer for 4 years. During that time, I traveled to many stores across the country. Not 1 had the same relentless dedication to customer service that Five Star Subaru has. Spenser Fuller is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Friendly, knowledgeable, detailed. Spenser kept me informed at every step through the ordering process. I never had to wonder where we were in the process from the date we ordered (8/5), until the day we took delivery (10/14). Moving forward, I will only buy Subaru's from Five Star and only from Spenser Fuller. I also want to thank Doug Laymon. He was great throughout this process too. My son, Cameron, is a passionate car guy who loves everything Subaru. He already has a list of modifications he wants to make to his Impreza. Doug has been a great resource for him and also been willing to take the time to talk cars with Cameron. Thank you Doug, for taking the time to talk cars with my son. More

I loved my 2016 Forester and found myself in need of a new one after a serious collision.
