Subaru of Grapevine did us right once again with our recent Ascent purchase. Service after the sale was shown to be top notch as we had one issue with the battery, and we were made to feel like our pro recent Ascent purchase. Doug is the best sales manager I've worked with in all the years I've bought cars. He's direct, honest, understanding, and genuine. He's also funny, which I appreciate. This is also the 2nd time I've had Brandon in financing. He's the fastest I've worked with. He's organized and efficient. Took 20 minutes with him. I can't recommend Five Start enough. More
