I have over forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

Tire Flat; Wheel Damage Recently, I damaged my front-right tire and wheel on a pothole. At the time I purchased my 2010 Volvo C30, I also purchased a tire and wheel insurance Recently, I damaged my front-right tire and wheel on a pothole. At the time I purchased my 2010 Volvo C30, I also purchased a tire and wheel insurance package from Smythe Volvo. All told, this is probably my fifth or sixth damaged tire and second or third damaged wheel in four years. In all such cases, my service advisor, Doug MacAdam, has nimbly and effectively handled the appropriate repairs, including making all arrangements with the insurance plan provider. He has made this process not only seamless, but easy for me as a customer. Thank you! More
