I have stayed with Smythe for service of my older Volvo (w/ 135K miles!) even though I could sa Doug MacAdam and his team really goes the extra mile. I have stayed with Smythe for service of my older Volvo (w/ 135K miles!) even though I could save $$ going to an independent mechanic. The reason why I stay is the great customer service Doug provides. He also just saved me a trip in - my Check Engine Light went on, and he went through a list of items that could have caused it. And bingo, one of them was a loose gas cap...how easy of a fix that was...and I didn't have to bring my car into the shop. Doug always calls me back in a prompt manner to answer questions/concerns like this; hence why I continue to use Smythe for service. Hopefully soon I'll be able to trade-in my 7 year old Volvo for a new one...I'll be sure to get it serviced at Smythe...even if I don't buy it there! Thanks Doug! More
