So I’ve dealt with many Lexus dealerships and I will say this is the least organized one. They were my least favorite one to deal with as they made my experience ordering a gx near impossible. Bernard was e this is the least organized one. They were my least favorite one to deal with as they made my experience ordering a gx near impossible. Bernard was essentially our first person to deal with when ordering the car and not only was he late, he was unapologetic, told me we were mistaken on having an appointment to begin with and very rude. The sales girl we originally had met with and who was in charge of our order left in July after telling us our car was being built and after that I was not contacted until I reached out in September wondering when my car would be ready. Not only did they say it wasn’t in production they also said that they didn’t have my order. I had to find my voice with them in order to be heard. It was an unpleasant situation. Finally Michael Wu stepped in and saved the day. Since day 1 of contact he has been not only communicative but he has been kind and patient. I’m not sure how Lexus found him but he is by far the best employee there. His customer service experience is top notch and we feel extremely lucky that he was the one who helped us. We are happy with our GX and I would recommend Lexus but with the stipulations that they go with Michael Wu and avoid Bernard. More
