That’s why Settle and his employees often ride along with a customer, a move that ultimately helps them get to the root of a problem. Customers seem to appreciate their straightforward approach. Many are Honda loyalists, but they return to Don Ayres because they’ve come to expect a high level of service. “Customers are very loyal to our product, and it’s just as important for US to be as good as that product.”

Great service experience I arrived with my Honda CRV towed behind my truck. The service manager came right over and asked what was wrong with my CRV. I think because it was to I arrived with my Honda CRV towed behind my truck. The service manager came right over and asked what was wrong with my CRV. I think because it was towed in he thought I had something seriously wrong. "we don't see too many come in like this" he said. I told him I was just bringing it in for regular service and I thought I would visit Mom and run some errands while I was in Fort Wayne. They estimated that they would be done in about 3 hours. As I was headed back to pick the car up, two and a half hours later, they called me and said the car was done. Great job and GREAT service! More

Consistent, Excellent Customer Service I have always received outstanding customer service from Jeremy Sullivan, Svc Advisor, as well as, Doug Settle, Svc Mgr. We have been customers since I have always received outstanding customer service from Jeremy Sullivan, Svc Advisor, as well as, Doug Settle, Svc Mgr. We have been customers since '05. Whether our Honda Odyssey was undergoing a major tune up or routine maintenance, Jeremy has been & continues to be an excellent communicator about what is suggested to maintain the vehicle and to keep it running in top condition. We are now on our 2nd Honda Odyssey. One of our considerations for purchasing this vehicle was due in part to Jeremy Sullivan, as well as Service Manager, Doug Settle. It is rare to receive quality customer service these days, let alone in the automotive industry, but these guys are top notch. (p.s. If Jeremy Sullivan wasn't available, I would not hesitate to seek out Charles Suter as my Service Advisor...he has also delivered great customer service). Thanks Honda team! More
