Many are Honda loyalists, but they return to Don Ayres because they’ve come to expect a high level of service. “Customers are very loyal to our product, and it’s just as important for US to be as good as that product.”

I was having trouble with my new used Insight. My used but new to me had a check engine omission light on so I took it back the first day I picked it up. I was told to come back in the morning and My used but new to me had a check engine omission light on so I took it back the first day I picked it up. I was told to come back in the morning and leave it. I was given a rental car for as long as it took till my car was done. I was treated like a queen and although the mechanic dropped a part putting my car back together. He felt terrible but I understood it was an accident. He did a wonderful job. I had a rental and all was good. My car works fine and after all this a sender broke on the door. I took it back to them and was on my way within minutes. Thank you for a job well done. More
