Many are Honda loyalists, but they return to Don Ayres because they’ve come to expect a high level of service. “Customers are very loyal to our product, and it’s just as important for US to be as good as that product.”

Serviec A1 Service was pretty expensive. Over $249 dollars for A1 service and only received 5% discount. I had an acura TL and used to get my car serviced but I Service was pretty expensive. Since we have kept previous Hondas well over 10 years, that's a LOT of routine maintenance. That said, we haven't had any experience with any non-warrant service...the cars have been repair-free.
