Buying this new car was a great and wonderful experience for us. The salesman, Ty, explained everything, and, along with Rick, the sales manager, found us the exact car we wanted, and had it ready on time. for us. I have great respect for the sales manager, Ty, the staff, business people and service staff as well as the check out ladies, and I have found all the personnel to be people of integrity, honesty, and friendliness. Once I purchase a car, I just bring it in for service and know that honesty, integrity, and concern for my personal safety while driving this new Pilot or our older Accord are parmount in the minds of all those with whom I do business. As the saying goes: "No one compares with Don Ayres." In 30 years, I have never even been in another dealer showroom. That is a blessing and a compliment to Don Ayres! And Honda vehicles are the best, in my opinion and experience. More

We have always purchased our Hondas at Don Ayres. The main reason is not only are Hondas nice cars, but because of the truly outstanding service and body shop. Doug Settle has always done an excellent job with customer service. He was recommended by a friend when we bought our first Honda. On a trip a few years back, our car broke down after we made a st customer service. He was recommended by a friend when we bought our first Honda. On a trip a few years back, our car broke down after we made a stop. Doug was able to talk me through the process to get the car into gear (brake switch). He also helped me to locate the nearest Honda dealer to get the problem fixed. My wife is almost always the one to take the vehichle in for service. She is treated with respect by all of the service dept. staff. That doesn't happen at all service/repair shops. Keep up the great work! More
