Though the service representative (Jay) was unable to contact me by telephone to get my approval to resurface the brake rotors on my 2000 Honda CRV, the service manager (Doug) told him that I would appro contact me by telephone to get my approval to resurface the brake rotors on my 2000 Honda CRV, the service manager (Doug) told him that I would approve the necessary repair. This allowed me to get my car back about two hours sooner than if they waited to get my explicit approval before beginning the brake work. This kind of trust and relationship is the result of having purchased and maintained three Honda cars at Ayres Honda in the last twelve years. I have also recommended Ayres dealership to my friends who have also purchased cars. More

My car was towed into the dealership as it would not start. Doug and his team performed a thorough examination of the problem and identified a solution. Don Ayres Honda Service is the only shop I've trusted to care for my 2004 Honda Pilot. I bought my Pilot new from Don Ayres and followed their recommended service schedules. Although I'm not an expert mechanic, it has been comforting to know Doug Settle and his team of experts have been there to proactively keep my car running well and my family safe. With 280,000 miles on my car, I can honestly tell you my car still feels and drives like new! I have not had to worry about how I would get my family every where we needed or wanted to go, including taking us on Spring Break safely to Florida each year.
