Communication was not good. In the very beginning when I was needing a tow, it was hard to get one. When I called to tell them it was coming, I let them know what was going on and that my car was there a week prior. I was told “they didn’t know that” (very rudely). I was told that my car would be ready up it could take up to 3 days. I was told someone would call and didn’t. When I called for update I was told my car didn’t have a ticket, called back and said there was one. I was talked to very poorly through the whole experience. Took over a week for just an update on the car. When it was returned (without a car wash), I noticed a small dent by the door handle. Can’t really prove it, but never saw it till I received my car back. Service experience was poor. I finally got a loaner after saying I wanted to talk to a manager. The loaner process took over an hour and a half and I had to wait for gas in it because it wasn’t full. The loaner smelled terrible and the seatbelt was very hard to manage because it was torn. More

I had a Tuesday 8am appointment at Jim Butler in Chesterfield (as that’s where I purchased the vehicle) so dropped it off Monday night. Tuesday at 5pm I got a call that they had not been able to lo Chesterfield (as that’s where I purchased the vehicle) so dropped it off Monday night. Tuesday at 5pm I got a call that they had not been able to look at my vehicle yet. I heard nothing all day Wednesday or Thursday morning. I called and left a message about 1pm Thursday and got a call back at 2:30 saying I really needed to take it to Jim Butler Chevy in Fenton. So we picked it up Thursday evening and will now have to make an appointment at Jim Butler Fenton. A little frustrated by all this and being without my vehicle unnecessarily for 3 days. More

The dealership is fine. The WiFi was horrible and when I expressed my vehicle concerns, Doug advised that I’d need a separate appointment but never helped me get one set up.
