I had a Tuesday 8am appointment at Jim Butler in Chesterfield (as that’s where I purchased the vehicle) so dropped it off Monday night. Tuesday at 5pm I got a call that they had not been able to lo Chesterfield (as that’s where I purchased the vehicle) so dropped it off Monday night. Tuesday at 5pm I got a call that they had not been able to look at my vehicle yet. I heard nothing all day Wednesday or Thursday morning. I called and left a message about 1pm Thursday and got a call back at 2:30 saying I really needed to take it to Jim Butler Chevy in Fenton. So we picked it up Thursday evening and will now have to make an appointment at Jim Butler Fenton. A little frustrated by all this and being without my vehicle unnecessarily for 3 days. More

The dealership is fine. The WiFi was horrible and when I expressed my vehicle concerns, Doug advised that I’d need a separate appointment but never helped me get one set up. The parking lot was also incredibly crowded and uncomfortable and I had no idea where to park for my service. More

The repair wasn’t done correctly and now it’s leaking oil. Very disappointed given the amount of time that it took to get the repaired done in the first place. I had to stay over an extra night. oil. I had an appointment later in the day but dropped my car off first thing so I could work . I was going to take the 15 minute walk to the office in the 25 degree cold but Doug offered to me a ride which was off first thing so I could work . The car was done early and I could pick it up on my break which was very convenient. More
