This is the second time this dealership did recall work on two different vehicles, when I got the vehicles back there was a pile of dirt and stones on the drivers side floor. One vehicle they scratched the interior, when brought to their attention all I get is “ sorry”. No respect for the vehicles they are servicing. I’ve used this dealership for over 25 years, bought several vehicles there, I can no longer recommend Lombard Ford. A person shouldn’t have to tell a service department what the problem is and still not have it fixed. Very poor customer service. Would not go back to them. I have nothing, but great things to say about Lombard Ford! I like the home like atmosphere there and everyone there is very cordial, friendly and don't try to aggressively sell you a lot of things. It's a different atmosphere than any dealership I've been to in all honesty. Mr. Lombard, Mike Manns, Mark Jones, Kyle Greenberg and Drew Paris all have been straight shooters and make you feel at ease. They're all terrific. I don't mind driving from far away (live in Agawam MA) to get my Camry serviced there! More
