He provided excellent customer service over the phone, and we decided to visit the dealership. Upon arriving, the vehicle we were interested in was parked by the door. Drew was extremely professional, and addressed all of our questions. The car was washed, paperwork complete and we were happy to own the vehicle. We were thankful we made the drive, and will visit Mike Murphy Ford (and Drew) again for our vehicle needs. More
