The experience was great, except I have to take my vehicle in for a recall and the driver seat heated seat not working. I was told the recall was "probably" done by the finance officer, but it was not vehicle in for a recall and the driver seat heated seat not working. I was told the recall was "probably" done by the finance officer, but it was not. The heated seat on the driver side was not working when we bought it, but not noticed until a few days later. These are things that should be checked prior to selling a vehicle. More
