I've been working with General Motors as of August of 1979. Began my Career in the Janitorial and Prep side of the business at a Buick Dealership in Barrington, Illinois. I've worked my way up through the Body Shop, Quick Lube, Technician Apprenticeship, Parts Counter, Service Writer and then into Management of the Parts & Service Departments. Enjoying much success in all aspects of Dealership life. Even selling vehicles on days we had Special Events. In retrospect I've come to love what I do and the daily interactions with our Guests. Martin Chevrolet is a Dealership that has become my most prize position. We at Martin are a family, our every thought while providing "World Class Service" for our Guests is of compassion and that of solidarity for that purpose completely satisfying our them in every area of our Dealership.

I have done business with them before and have found EVERYONE to be amazingly knowledgeable, customer satisfaction oriented and open and honest in the car buying/leasing experience. The Service department is also amazing... they get you in and out in a timely fashion and explain everything in 'layman terms' Aaron Grassel is the best and so is the Manager Dwayne!! I would recommend going to Martin for all your car needs!! More

Great car buying experience Ed was personable and a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable and looked out for our needs. We would highly recommend Ed and Martin Chevy. We purchased a used car from them, after we made the deal, they found out the car had a bad catalytic converter. Martin Chevy repaired the car, on their dime, without elusive even having to ask. What service! Everyone was great. More

Best Experience at a Dealership I have ever had!! Just purchased a new Silverado Truck from Martin Chevy, every bit of my experience was pleasant and easy going. Great service and taken care of above and beyond! I originally purchased my 2015 Trax in July 2015 from Martin and have taken advantage of the free oil changes and car washes from the service center. I originally purchased my 2015 Trax in July 2015 from Martin and have taken advantage of the free oil changes and car washes from the service center. My first "true service" occured when my radio stopped working. After running a diognostic and finding that my radio needed to be replaced, the service team at Martin went above and beyond expectations. My Trax was less than 2 years old, but just over the manufacturers warranty in mileage. Mike went out of his way to work with customer care to cover a $600+ radio replacement as he truly cared about taking care of his customers and felt bad about the situation as my Trax was JUST out of warranty. Duane went beyond and issued a refund from my diagnostic three weeks back for all of the patience while the situation was being taken care of. The service team is always friendly and the guys always give a genuine greeting when I bring my car in, even if it is for a car wash. I highly recommend seeing the guys over at Martin as they will do everything that they can to make sure that their customers are taken care of! More
