No complaints on the overall service provided, but I was shocked once I got home and realized I was charged 68% more than I paid just 5 months earlier at a GMC dealership just 30 miles from Crown. The cost shocked once I got home and realized I was charged 68% more than I paid just 5 months earlier at a GMC dealership just 30 miles from Crown. The cost of an oil change and tire rotation was not communicated to me prior and I just assumed it would be in line with what I have been paying for routine service. I paid $112.36 for the same services at Legacy in February and was charged $189.27 at Crown last week. More
