I am so disappointed in the service repairs I have received on my 2018 GMC BUICK ENCLAVE. The car has been broke on two occasions back to back at the dealership when I have come to pick it up. This received on my 2018 GMC BUICK ENCLAVE. The car has been broke on two occasions back to back at the dealership when I have come to pick it up. This is unacceptable and shorty work. How do you call a customer to come and pick up their vehicle and the customer drives it out to the corner and it kills in front of the dealership. I paid $3000 for the transmission work that was supposedly the problem . I ended up leaving the vehicle at the dealership after spending $3000.. Then I receive a call a few days later stating it is the battery. I receive an initial quote for $395 for a new battery. I used my points and they gave me $60 discount. I come to pick the vehicle up after receiving a new battery and again it kills again in front of the dealership. I leave the vehicle there a third time and I receive a call and they tell me it’s the starter. This will cost me another $689. This is so frustrating and it makes me question 1) the integrity of this company and 2)two mechanic skills and experience.3) are they test driving the vehicle before calling the customer?. This is costing me a lot of money and is very inconvenient for me getting back and forth to work. More
