stop by on a late Saturday un announce, serv ice adviser plugged the computer to the truck, went in and found the reason for xx engine light. Dwain Lefebre went above and beyond and really delivered. He runs a clean and efficient service desk. He has been with the dealership for years and his pride and efficiency in his work is commensurate. He de He runs a clean and efficient service desk. I was most pleased to also be able to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the dealership with Kirk Groetsch, who really cares about his dealership and his customers. It is truly a family affair for him. More

I am very annoyed by the service this department has given me in the past. As I said earlier I was told my tires were rotated on a previous visit. Once I got home I started checking out the tires to m given me in the past. As I said earlier I was told my tires were rotated on a previous visit. Once I got home I started checking out the tires to make sure they were rotated. However, there is a tire that I scraped. So I realized that the tire that was scraped and on the driver's side of my car was never rotated because that tire was still in the same spot. I had to return to Crown to have the tire rotation job performed and made sure they did the job before I left Crown, for a second time. I feel that the people in the service department do not do their jobs. I can tell you this much too, in the future, they will be giving me the parts that they change on my Yukon to make sure that the work was actually performed and the new parts are on my car. It is is easy for them to say the job is done and for it not to be done at all unless you request the old parts that are being changed. It is ashamed that you can't have trust with the people performing work in your SUV/car. More

You have people in Service that has NO clue what's the definition of SERVICE means. I've own my own company since 1990 and have been successful because I know who pays my salary...My Customer's. Without c definition of SERVICE means. I've own my own company since 1990 and have been successful because I know who pays my salary...My Customer's. Without customer I wouldn't have a dime. Your employees think the owner of Crown pays their salary. Sadly mistaken. See how much Crown would pay you if they had NO Customers. We bought that car without a Wheel Lock Nut and from the beginning Crown should have handle that problem alone. But it's all good yall just solidified my Husband's distrust for Crown long ago when he Paid Cash for my Son's 2016 GMC Denali and had Transmission problems and Crown handle it very poorly....See ya.... More
