Excellent service and repairs done faster than estimated time. Two calls to another dealer for service didn't even rate a call back. Two years ago Phil couldn't find time to look at an engine oil leak for an F150 under warranty. Fast forward two years and they cancel my service appointment because (they say) they couldn't finish al engine oil leak for an F150 under warranty. Fast forward two years and they cancel my service appointment because (they say) they couldn't finish all the work "ahead" of me. So, Phil's Quick Lane then proceeds to overcharge on a simple lube, oil, filter and tire rotation, which took four hours. Phil just doesn't need the little guy. Go elsewhere, I will. More

We tried this Ford dealer after Courtesy Ford switched and we met with Dwayne Callaway. He has been very helpful over the years and now that I’m taking care of the cars myself I know he and whoever he has and we met with Dwayne Callaway.
