Two years ago Phil couldn't find time to look at an engine oil leak for an F150 under warranty. Fast forward two years and they cancel my service appointment because (they say) they couldn't finish al engine oil leak for an F150 under warranty. Fast forward two years and they cancel my service appointment because (they say) they couldn't finish all the work "ahead" of me. So, Phil's Quick Lane then proceeds to overcharge on a simple lube, oil, filter and tire rotation, which took four hours. Phil just doesn't need the little guy. Go elsewhere, I will. More
