Come to find out the next day the gas tank was exactly at 14 miles left right where it was when I test drove the vehicle. Dwayne was smooth! Adrienne was great and very nice. The reason for the four stars is one the try and force you to get the auto butler ($399.00) and icon (lo jack) for $699.00. Was told they come with the vehicle, was able to get the auto butler out of the deal. In hind sight should have gotten the icon off there two, after looking at the app it's nothing special and not worth the money (kind of felt cheated there). The other issue, I was an out of state buyer. I really felt like I didn't need to pay the almost $1000.00 AZ registration and licensing fees knowing I would have to pay those in CA too. Don't know if I would buy another car there or not, if I do I will definitely not allow those extra charges next time. More

I came to the dealership about three months ago with the intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. In particular, I I who told him we could put running boards on t intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. In particular, I I who told him we could put running boards on the vehicle. Great. The salesman asked me to give him two hours to do his homework and he would call me. I didn't realize two hours meant TWO MONTHS. Yes he called back two months later. Frustrated, angered, upset, understatements. This would have been the four vehicle I would have leased from organization. Instead, I figured you didn't want/need my business, I had running boards put on the vehicle I was leasing and in October I bought it outright. Your parts team wanted to charge me $950 for the running boards, this did not include installation. I found a place that put on the best running boards you could buy, they are guaranteed for life and it cost me $825 total. This dealership went from a five to a two with me. The sad part is three of my family members have bought the same vehicle I have because of my belief in Henry Brown. This is no longer the case. More
