First i want to say this my second car from Dyan and the Mercedes dealership. Dyan do not try and sell you anything the car sell itself but hes a facilitator he excellent his energy is great and merc the Mercedes dealership. My rating is not for the dealership but for Stephanie Smith my Service Advisor. I purchased my vehicle in August of 2021 and disliked everything about my experience. I had no desire to do anymore busines Smith my Service Advisor. I purchased my vehicle in August of 2021 and disliked everything about my experience. I had no desire to do anymore business with the Owings Mills location until I meet Stephanie in the service lane, while waiting for my car to come out of detailing. I was having a bit of buyer’s remorse as I just did not like the way my buying experience went. It was the conversation with Stephanie, whom was not my service advisor at the time, that made me feel like maybe there was still some hope left for the Owings Mills location. Everything about Stephanie was pleasant. Her smile, her energy, and her conversation. Without any real efforts, she made me feel like a valued customer. You could tell that she genuinely loved her job and working with people; so, you can only imagine just how excited I was when I went in for my first scheduled service earlier this year to find out that Stephanie was my assigned Service Advisor. Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills should be extremely grateful to have an employee such as Stephanie Smith on their team. She is the sole reason that I decided to continue to do business with this location. I stopped in today without an appointment to address a "tire correction" alert that popped up on my car, and in true Stephanie fashion she came out of her office to say "Hello" and to see how I and my car was doing.
