Just didn’t work out for me The dealership was polite and was helpful up to a point but after a week l was not having luck in purchasing a new car. I called another dealership and within an hour had a done deal with everything l could hope for in a new car purchase. There was no comparison in the competence and customer service l received. I will only consider buying from Koons Catonsville Mercedes in the future and my husband and family were so impressed that they to will become customers. More
