You guys tried to fleece me for more than $5K to replace my rack and pinion. You quoted me MSRP for the part, plus a Core Charge. I can buy the same part cheaper, from you, through parts.ford.com, $1100 che my rack and pinion. You quoted me MSRP for the part, plus a Core Charge. I can buy the same part cheaper, from you, through parts.ford.com, $1100 cheaper from Valley Ford, and $1800 cheaper from a Ford Dealer in Florida. If I went to AutoZone and got the part and paid a mechanic a rate of $200/hr it would still cost me less than half of your quote. I don't mind paying extra for OEM parts but you are robbing people. More

This was my first time at this dealership. Dylan was very welcoming. I told him that I had a rattle coming from under the car.
