Having worked with Leslie to buy a used RX350, she was very knowledgeable about the Lexus brand and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication is quick and her flexibility was greatly appreciated. Working with her it felt less like I had to be sold something, but rather validated on my own observations. She went above and beyond and answered all my questions and if she didn’t have an answer; she’d bring someone who does. From going directly into the service department to get a supervisor to explain my concern, and also how to remedy it. I hope to work with Lesly again in the near future, maybe next time for something a little more sporty with fewer doors. More

Eddie did a great job listening to my needs and wants before suggesting a car. With my budget in mind he directed me right to the car I bought.
