I own a 2014 Honda Pilot. I’ve always taken it to Dock Brooks for service since I’ve owned it and they do an exceptional job with customer service and service on the vehicle, I’ve always taken it to Dock Brooks for service since I’ve owned it and they do an exceptional job with customer service and service on the vehicle, also provide a completely wash. I also own a 2016 Silverado and have taken it to Bradshaw/Fred Anderson for service since I’ve owned it. It seems that Dick Brooks is cheaper on a service plus they offer a completely wash. I’m going to look into Dick Brooks for my next service. Thanks More

I brought my car in on Feb. 21 to have my car serviced. I didn’t get my car back until March 4 when I decided to come get it. A step was overlooked in the initial repair of my car when new intake manifold was put in place. A cover had warped when car overheated, and the oil plug was not properly inserted. I had to pay an additional nearly $500 because of the oversight. I don't plan on ever using this dealership again. More
