Took my vehicle in for 30k miles service and noticed I did not have any wiper fluid and the tires were a bit low on air. The rep took the vehicle back to the garage and was adv i had to schedule another a did not have any wiper fluid and the tires were a bit low on air. The rep took the vehicle back to the garage and was adv i had to schedule another appointment because the wiper fluid tank needed replacing. At my second appointment I advised the rep the tires were not topped off to please make sure they were topped off this time. Drove off and noticed that once again the tires were not topped off and still a bit low. I am uncertain if the service was done correctly given that I being the customer am the one that noticed these things and not the person working on the vehicle. This is the first time in years and I have felt unsatisfied with the service given to my vehicle. More

This dealer has a major mixup in their database and they keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I D keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I DO have.
