We were in the market for a new car. My wife liked the Subaru Outback and chose to visit the dealership. A friend had recommended them and we chose to give them a try. We were greeted by Jason J. who was spectacular. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and there were many) and made sure that we were comfortable with our decision. He was cordial, knowledgeable and accommodating and most of all, honest. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and have come to realize that service, integrity and honesty is as, if not more, important than price. Our negotiation was brief and to the point. I am sure I could have saved a couple of hundred dollars if I visited numerous dealerships or scanned the internet for faceless sales people. But I have found that it’s difficult to shake hands or look a computer in the eye. We were offered what we felt was a good deal and chose to purchase (actually leased), mainly because of the trustworthiness we felt with all of the personnel we met. We picked up the car today and, again, the quality service continued. The vehicle was ready, clean and full of gas. Jason again was on his game! Ed, the finance manager took the time to explain all of the documents, reviewed our options and made sure we were comfortable with all of the details involved in our lease. Finally, we met the owner Joe B Sr. and realized the old adage is true; integrity starts from the top! We would strongly recommend that anyone shopping for a car gives them a visit, you won’t regret it. More

Someone would think that if you walked into a dealership with that kind of cash in hand that they'd fall all over you to sell you a car. I can tell you that didn't happen for us. The other dealerships were dismissive at best. However, when we walked into Quality Subaru it was instantly a very different experience than at the other dealerships. They were helpful and informative. There was no pressure though. It was just a nice neighborly experience. You instantly know they appreciate your business. It's obvious that they want return customers. I for one will drive a Subaru for life. I'll go to the Wallingford dealership for all my car buying needs. Now, I'm not one to hand out such praise. I can assure you of that. If you want a painless car buying experience with people who want to actually help you get into a vehicle that will fit your family, find a reasonable price, and still be smiling when it's over then go to Quality Subaru. Husband located barely used Outback at Quality Subaru, and we were off for a test drive. Steve Canada took excellent care of us and is the man to see if you're looking for a car. He's polite, listens well, knows his job and his cars and did a really great job of getting us into the car we wanted. He asked good questions and give us the information we needed to understand what we were looking at and how to make the best use of it. He bent over backwards to make our car buying process that best one possible, and also made sure we knew we could call him after the sale if we had any questions He treated us like people, not just a sale. He was extremely knowledgeable about both cars I looked at and was very thorough when going over each detail of the car. The entire process was seamless. From finance to picking up my car I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was the last pick up of the day, and the staff was still extremely friendly. Steve met with me when I picked up my car and went over everything I needed to know. He even sat in the car with me and helped me set up my blue tooth, Apple car play, and answer any last minute questions I had. Steve was also very knowledgeable and patient. They also made sure to remind me that even after purchasing, they were happy to answer any questions I had. Overall my experience with Quality Subaru was awesome.
