My wife and I wanted to purchase our first Subaru and when we visited the dealership for test drive, Ralph Aquino took us for a test drive on a 2014 Outback. After the test drive, based on our questions when we visited the dealership for test drive, Ralph Aquino took us for a test drive on a 2014 Outback. After the test drive, based on our questions and preferences, Ralph recommended us to test drive the 2014 Forester, but we were late for work and we decided to come back again. Few weeks later we made an appointment with Ralph and this time Ralph took us for another test drive on the Forester. We fell in love with the car after the test drive and Ralph was very knowledgeable in explaining the Subaru difference. We left the dealership and after a couple of months, I called Ralph and conveyed my interest in the Forester and visited the dealership. He gave us a fair deal and placed the order as we wanted a particular color with some accessories. When the car arrived, Ralph called me and I was able to trade-in our old car and drive out the new car. It was all done within a couple of hours as Ralph worked with the Business Manager Ed Chen, who was also great to work with and prepared all the paperwork, registration, financing etc. I would highly recommend Ralph to all my family and friends as it was a great car buying experience. I am hoping that the service department will also be able to match the same high level of customer satisfaction provided by Ralph. Thank you Quality Subaru! More

I absolutely love Quality Subaru - Joe is an exceptional person - really cares about people and his customer's experience! This is reflected in every person at the dealership. Also, I live an hour away and have a Subaru dealership in my backyard but I continue to drive to Wallingford because of Joe and his team - not only to get a new car but also to service it!!! Also, love working with Mike Ward and Ed Chen as I am a three time Subaru owner and have had the pleasure of working with them in the past!!! I love Karen in the service department and everyone I have met has always been positive and helpful. I have brought my parents to Subaru for two cars and recommended friends along the way... Also, I had the pleasure to meet Ralph - he had also worked with my parents and was as nice as can be - very friendly and attentive!!! I was a previous Lexus and Audi owner (multiple cars) and I can honestly say that my experience with Joe has topped any experience with any other dealership in CT!!! I was on the internet just looking for info on the Forester from several dealers. Kristen was the first to call and after an extensive conversation with her instead of dreading going all the way to W Forester from several dealers. Kristen was the first to call and after an extensive conversation with her instead of dreading going all the way to Wallingford I actually looked forward to it. That is where I met Gary who took me on a test drive. We spent about 10 minutes in the car just talking and going over all the options, buttons and their functions. I was impressed. Gary was very knowledgeable. Now I was ready for the test drive and absolutely fell in love with the Forester..now there's a problem we go back to the show room and I am not very optimistic talking about numbers after all I was just going for a test drive and really did not plan to buy. Gary worked his magic and asked how I would feel about buying and driving it home that day. I was ecstatic. The dealership was closing, but I was not rushed or pushed out of the show room because the sales men wanted to go home. Everything was explained in detail. The dealership was now closed Gary helped me clean out my car and helped set my favorite radio stations set up my Bluetooth. I felt like family and just because they made the sale Gary was following through the sale until I was ready to drive off the lot. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Quality Subaru More
