Comfortable Place As soon as we entered we where warmly greeted. It was a pleasant environment to be in we where immediately offered a coffee. 2nd Subaru bought here at Quality Subaru We have purchased 2 Outbacks from Quality Subaru and found the the staff to be very helpful. They answered the question I had and didn't apply the High Pressure techniques that other car dealers use. The Fist car we purchased is used about 19,000 miles a year in Home care. It's over all reliability, handling in the Snow in the hilly region of Connecticut.is excellent. The second car will do more of the same. My son saw the way the 2 cars perform and how the staff handled us at Quality Subaru plans to purchase a Forester there in the next 3 month's. Sincerely, Dave L More

My last purchase was a surprise gift to my sister and everyone worked with myself and her children to bring about the happiest day to my sister that one could ever experience. The service department goes beyond just servicing your car and exceeds whatever expectations or needs a customer has. The same goes with their sales personnel. If anyone is looking to purchase a Subaru, new or used, or just service their existing Subaru, I would without any hesitation recommend that they go to Quality Subaru in Wallingford, CT. Good to go! This is the third or four new car we have purchased from Joe and his team over the years. Each time the process has become easier with no problems encountered. We stopped by last Sunday, saw a Imprezza hatchback that we liked, drove it and completed the deal that day. We turned in our 2011 Imprezza for a 2014 and picked it up on Thursday. The extra that they threw in just sweetened the deal and now we are Good to Go. Thanks Joe, Chad, Mike and Ed! Subaru Legacy 2012 I am a college student and went car shopping with my parents a couple Saturdays ago. I new that I wanted a white Subaru Legacy. When I was looking at I am a college student and went car shopping with my parents a couple Saturdays ago. I new that I wanted a white Subaru Legacy. When I was looking at the used car lot there were two Subaru Legacys, one blue and one grey. They were both at a very good price, but I did not like the colors. Mike, our salesperson, then told me about a 2012 Subaru Legacy that was white, was just traded in and was in the shop being cleaned. It had a sunroof, spoiler, and tints which were a huge plus. As soon as he brought me to it, I knew I had to have it. Mike Ward then spoke with my father on how we can finance it. Him and Ed Chen helped us so much in the Finance department and did everything they could to make sure I got the car. They were able to get it down to monthly payments that we could afford, which was a huge help. I could not thank the people at Quality Subaru enough for everything they did for me and my family to make sure we were happy and I was able to have my dream car. More

I believe that the ultimate transaction proved to be a "win-win" for both parties; and it is likely that, if I should choose to purchase another vehicle in the future, it will be from this salesperson. Once the sale was finalized, I then dealt with Ed Chen. Normally, finalizing the financial details is tedious and uncomfortable; but Ed Chen made the experience as painless and pleasant experience as possible, and it was in fact a pleasure dealing with him. In the almost 50 years that I have been purchasing cars, this was without question my best experience. More

2015 Forester Rating Every one I met at Quality Subaru was very friendly. Gary was very accommodating and discussed all the features in detail of our new Subaru Forester. We had a minor service issue which made us have to comeback the next day after our purchase, however it was handled fairly quickly. The purchase price ended up higher than we intended to pay. The only negative thing for me is seeing the air bag indicator light on constantly, Ideally, the indicator light should go on then shut off after 15 seconds. It is annoying and distracting to see this message always on. I 'm thinking maybe I should have selected a turbo model instead for better acceleration.. More
