While we strive to provide every customer an optimal vehicle purchase process, when multiple customers are interested in a single vehicle, it often becomes impossible. With many customers waiting months for pre-ordered vehicles, the solution that we've found best honors all of our customers' time is to make any in-stock vehicles that were not pre-ordered available to the first present buyer to come to an agreement. Since Heritage is committed to not charging our customers above MSRP for any vehicles, there has been even more demand than usual for already scarce vehicles, further complicating the vehicle acquisition process.
