Sales staff do a fine job, but finance and service not so! My wife and I found sale staff to be professional and courteous during the process of buying a car. The finance person on the other hand was very unpr My wife and I found sale staff to be professional and courteous during the process of buying a car. The finance person on the other hand was very unprofessional. They made rude comments to try and embarrass us into buying additional coverage products for the car!!! NOT COOL!!! After getting car home and looking it over the next day, I found that the tire pressures were over inflated, one tire by more than 20 psi! Also the spare tire was 25 psi low! This is suppose to be a factory certified used car that went through a 150 point inspection! (?) It appears all they did was change the oil and clean it up a bit (underside of vehicle is very dirty, like it had been driven on muddy dirt road or in high water that was muddy). So service dept. obviously dropped the ball!!!!!! Not confidence inspiring, to say the least. This is a low mileage vehicle, so I guess they just went through the motions. Unfortunately mediocre seems to be the acceptable normal for service these days!!!!!!! More

Excellent service from the sales rep and manager. Samlesh pal was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at very friendly and I didn't feel pressured. Hyundai Santa Fe Sport I never considered buying a Hyundai until I had one for a rental. I was in the market for a new car and decided to visit the Folsom Lake Hyundai dealership and was pleased with the sales service I received and Ed Weaver's willingness to work with me to get the best price as well as securing a low interest loan. Ivan Contreras was very thorough in going over the attributes of the Sante Fe sport and helping me to download my cellular contact list. Ed Weaver was pleasant to work with in the finanace department and got me on my way out the door with my new car in record time. More

They, Sam and Art, gave me step-by-step instructions / information about how auto leasing works. I have never leased a car before. Sam showed me how to use the Hyundai vehicle ( the gadgets and transmission) . Sam explained how Hyundai would respond if the car had mechanical/ electrical difficulties. What Hyundai would do / cover if the car were to be in an accident. Sam also explained what would happen at the end of the lease agreement. what my options could / would be. More

Low key, enjoyable, caring employees I brought my 2013 Tucson in for a routine tune-up and like usual, browsed the show room to see the new autos. Sam came over to check in on me and was very knowledgeable about all the new safety features and changes for updated 2016 Tucson's, that I started to really consider an early upgrade! No pressure, lots of time to talk and look at the different models and discuss the new safety technology and look at available models. Everyone at the Folsom Hyundai took great care of me and went out of their way to answer all my questions and concerns and make sure I was comfortable with my somewhat impulsive buying decision! I appreciate Joseph, Sales Manager, Ed, in Financing and the service dept. that always took great care of my first Tucson! More
