Lies, Lies, and Bully I was lied to about what was included in the car. Missing car mats.. Missing first aid kit. Took 4 weeks to ship my car.. Was overcharged on sales tax I was lied to about what was included in the car. Missing car mats.. Missing first aid kit. Took 4 weeks to ship my car.. Was overcharged on sales tax due to them putting fright into sales price. Asked to change it and was threatened by Ed. They lied to me and said they paid more for shipping then they did. Found out from talking to shipping company thinking I was them. Opps. Opened BBB complaint. They ignored me. Take your hard earned money up the street. More

Unfortunately, that car was a total loss in a recent accident and I had to endure the sales process once again. I knew I was going to buy another certified used Hyundai and this is the closest dealership, but I was not looking forward to the experience. After speaking directly with Jimmy I decided to give it another try. I already had a car in mind and went in to drive it. I had a good time with Sam (Samlesh Pal, a recent transfer from the Roseville store) and decided to buy the car I came to see. Financing (Ed Weaver) was a breeze (I had a good experience with Ed the first time as well) and I left happy. I do hope I am not back here for a few years though... More

Jimmy Groberski may run the sales department but took the time to come out and say hi, remembering us from a year before. Very nice and professional, and impressive that he remembered us and took the time to say hello despite being busy. And Ed in finance was patient with my questions. I highly recommend these guys and this dealership. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and these guys stand out as Great. More

Ussually dealing with a sales person is nothing people want to deal with but i acually enjoyed my buying experience. A few days later i noticed a button on my steering wheel did not work. Returning to the dealership the 1st person to approach me was Ivan. He had remember me and showed concern. After hearing my problem he helped me and even walked with me everywhere intill he knew for certain my problem was 100% taken care off. To see a salesman leave the front lot and potentially miss a customer to take care of me with fantastic customer service is hudge! Thank you ivan and the entire team at folsom lake hyundai! More

My friend and I took a ride out to Folsom to see if I would feel differently after a different customer service experience. I'm so glad I did. Even though they didn't have the color I wanted, we took a test in one they had on the lot, and I bought it less than a week later. Finding "the car" had been a mission for 4 months, so the speed to which I committed was amazing. They were able to trade a car on their lot for a car on the Roseville Hyundai lot, and also price match so I never had to deal with those awful sales people up there again. I got a good deal, and the whole process was done in under 2 hours. I also received a few extra perks that other dealers make you pay for (such as GAP insurance). Thanks for making it great guys. More
