They gave us the best deal--lower than Bert Smith and Palm Harbor BMW in Tampa area and also Ft, Meyers. I was able to save about $120 a moth on the Lease. In the Past it was hard dealing with Sarasota BMW, thus we would travel North or South for the better deal. I think with Robert there in Management, maybe their goals have changed. There Service Department is fantastic--Jessica has done and exception job for us---she is personable and wants things done right. The last person I was very impressed with is Silvio Garcia, BMW Genius, he explain in simple terms to my wife how to operate the car--he was very attentive. More

Had a very good experience. Had to top off fluid level. Manager at entrance was very organized and took care of us quickly. Problem: Several months ago we entered Q and was asked to back out because they Manager at entrance was very organized and took care of us quickly. Problem: Several months ago we entered Q and was asked to back out because they would not wash cars any more. After buying three new cars at the dealership and promised a car wash when we needed one we were quite disappointed to say the least. This time after our car was serviced the manager told us that they again will wash our car. We declined but again are not happy that we were never informed that this service started again. This is also after writing three different times expressing my complaint to manager/owner/salesman. Common courtesy says somebody should have e-mailed us this info.
