Eddie was not pushy and in fact was very helpful in the process, suggesting we get at least a 2nd opinion on car value by stopping by CarMax a few minutes away (which we did). Once CarMax offered us no more than Audi, we discussed and immediately returned to the dealership to write up our purchase. Drove home, picked up my title, emptied contents of my A4 and returned to pick up our "used" Q5 (was a demo vehicle with under 1,300 miles). My only disappointment was the dealership didn't catch/realize the adjustable armrest needed a repair but the part was ordered and they will let me know when to return to have this repaired/replaced. Other than that, the car was in immaculate condition, no scratches, immaculate interior. Very happy with the deal we were able to make with the Audi Hoffman team. More
