Thank you for the response. Your team in the service department has always been top notch in their response. I just need the warranty issue resolved and a loaner provided. I’ve already paid for a rental first time. I don’t believe I need to do it again. We live in Grape Creek and I leave every Monday and return Friday. I’m driving the 2016 longhorn we bought new and it now has 493,000 miles. The 2020 longhorn has cracked exhaust headers and my wife is getting intense headaches due to this. I am indeed a Dodge believer after 30 years of Fords. I tell everyone about the differences and the great service we get at your facility. I appreciate your consideration and concern I’m hoping to buy another Longhorn this year
